Johor also spelt Johore, is a Malaysian state located in Peninsular (West) Malaysia. Its 250-mile coastline along the Malacca Strait and the South China Sea also winds around the northern border of the Republic of Singapore and is dotted with small islands. Johor is mostly flat and jungle-covered, with large swamps, but it rises to over 3,000 feet in the east-central region.
Malaysia is one of Southeast Asia’s most vibrant countries. Malaysia has earned the slogan “Truly Asia” due to its rich culture, amazing food, bustling metropolises, lush green tropics, amazing shopping, and dirt-cheap prices. According to the Global Peace Index (GPI), Malaysia is the 16th safest country in the world in 2019, up nine places from the previous year. Malaysia is also a safe and comfortable place to live, study, and work due to its modern infrastructure and efficient transportation system.
